A new article has been published in Blood from a collaborative project between Sophie Kellaway and the Heidenreich lab based at the Princess Maxima Centre in the Netherlands.
In this study, we showed that functionalised lipid nanoparticle targeting of RUNX1::RUNX1T1 in primary patient AML cells induces a bidirectional differentiation, depleting the leukaemia stem cells.
